Fitness - What stops you from going to gym





Everybody in their life wants or wishes to be fit and look good. But, only few give the shot and stand out in crowd.

Yes, today’s topic is on ‘What stops you from going to gym or start exercise program’?

Exercise, is the most essential part of the life. I can call exercising is like our heart. Heart pumps out blood to entire body and allows you to stay alive. Similar way, exercise pumps out your muscles and activates your entire body part.

We normally show the lay back attitude when it comes to workouts. Why is that? Yes, it needs your dedication. Yes, it needs your time; it needs your hard work etc. Does it go waste?

Definitely not! Imagine when you are walking and people staring at you, imagine when your friends envy about your personality, imagine that feel when you see the respect in the eyes of people.
Olden days, people who are well built are most respected individuals. Not because of their poverty level. Because the way they maintained their personality.

So what really stops you from starting?

  •  Lack of confidence:

You feel you will not be able to reach the goal! Why you think of result before you possibly start. Krishna in Bhagvathgeetha the epic book of India said 'do your work, leave the result to me.

So push yourself and enroll yourself to fitness clubs.

  •  Lack of time:

Trust me guys when I say this, I work 12 hrs a day with 3 hours journey to and fro. And on week off I visit my family, as I stay in different city. I wake up 5:15 AM, hit gym and start my day. And there are so many examples like Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and many more. Who has given and made time for their health and passion. 

Not necessary you need to work out daily. All you need is to workout at least 1 hour a day 4 or 5 days a week maintaining healthy diet.

So where there is will there is a way.

  • Lack of motivation:

Motivating yourself is important for the result. Your friends or any one for that matter may or may not motivate you to hit gym. They might not be that positive with your decision.
So we should motivate ourselves. You need to look at the mirror and say you can do it and you will do it.
Keep motivational wallpapers around, which will aid you to push yourself mentally.

  • Lack of result:

This is something every individual face in his/her transformation. You feel that you are giving your best in return there is no adequate result. I will ask you this, can you trek Mount Everest in a single day? Definitely not! Be patient my friend, you will find the result.

  •  Lack of Knowledge:

In fitness field there are few fitness trainers who insist you to go shortcut. But, browse and study the anatomy and set the diet accordingly.
There are lots of forum in internet where you can get to know about the information you are seeking.

Having said. It’s you who needs to take a call and who should be focused and keep moving forward, that’s how winner is done.
